In summer 2020, a project will be launched to optimize processes and save costs at the Corporate Service level. This is a large and complex undertaking in which all processes in the Finance, Controlling, HR and Purchasing departments will be reviewed and adapted. A dedicated project team has been set up to deal with these multifaceted tasks.

Corporate Services Process Analyst (f/m/d) 80 - 100%

What awaits you:
  • Development of knowledge about the numerous processes in Corporate Services
  • Insight into the challenges of a transformation program
  • Work on a variety of tasks with the support of experienced team members
  • Independent preparation of process and project documentation
  • Support of the project management and project management office

What you should bring to the table:
  • Very good academic performance in a business administration, business informatics or comparable Bachelor's/Master's degree programme
  • Work experience in process management and/or Corporate Services
  • Experience with using the BPMN methodology
  • High social competence and team spirit
  • Strong analytical and reflective skills and a systematic, efficient, independent and committed working style
  • Swiss German / German on a mother tongue level
  • Very good English knowledge (at least B2-level)
