Digital Marketing Project Manager (f/m/d) 80-100%

Bringing supply and demand together and activating the network effects of our current users is a central marketing task. That is why we are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to strengthen our dynamic team, who understands our product and users very well and who always inspires our customers by addressing them specifically.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the yearly planning and coordination of all involved channel experts (internal competence center) and agencies of all our performance marketing channels (SEA, App Downloads, Campaigns) according to guidance from the tutti.ch strategy and strategic marketing managers.
  • You will be accountable for the execution and company-wide reporting of performance marketing and overall marketing topics including integrated marketing plans, channel marketing, and other projects and launches from the commercial team.
  • You will report on weekly, quarterly, and yearly goal reviews and monthly budgets. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate channel activity and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
  • You are the internal project manager for the roll-out of a new marketing strategy, campaigns, and projects where you will be a central contact for different teams and deliver a project overview, planning, and budget.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English. Additional knowledge in German or Italian would be an added benefit.
  • Great organizational skills, a very structured work approach, and the ability and confidence to take the lead in projects and present these to stakeholders.
  • Basic Marketing Education and first experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing (Search Engine Advertising, Programmatic Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Remarketing, Retargeting)
  • Startup mindset; agile in project management, taking action and happy to take the lead as well as taking care of administrative tasks. Inspired to take a more creative approach.
  • Affinity for numbers and campaign reporting. Understanding of A/B Testing.
